BIG EUROPEAN TOUR - Follow the adventure

In 1989, when I obtained my pilot's licence, I said I was going to fly round the world. Since 2018 I have been planning my round the world adventure. originally with a departure date of May 2020. The pandemic stopped everything in 2020, so I delayed my departure for 12 months, not believing it wouldn't be all over.  Last year I also postponed my trip for the pandemic.  This year I was ready to go when Putin invaded the Ukraine.  As I have to fly in Russia to complete the trip, I was faced wit h the choice of delaying the trip again or cancelling it entirely.   Not wishing to do either, I have now planned an alternative - 10,000 miles around Europe.  Pretty much from as far North as I can get in Europe, to as far South as I can go and perhaps just into  Africa with a visit to Morocco.  I will also go as far East as Romania.  It no longer counts as a round the world flight but it is equally as adventurous.
